Report a child on child incident

We seek to ensure that the whole College community can learn and work in a supportive, caring and safe environment without fear of harassment and where everyone has the right to be treated with respect. Emmanuel College is an institution that encourages openness and honesty; anyone who suspects peer on peer abuse has occurred is expected to share this concern.

Any form of peer on peer abuse will not be tolerated at Emmanuel college. Child on child abuse includes all forms of bullying and racism and can be a single incident or happening over time.

The following are all examples of child on child abuse:

  • Physical
  • Verbal/emotional
  • Sexual violence or harassment
  • Racist
  • Homophobic
  • Transphobic

When any form of peer on peer abuse takes place it will be dealt with promptly and effectively. The way in which we deal with each reported incident is outlined in full in our Child on Child abuse policy which can be found on the policies page.
