Report a Pastoral Concern

At Emmanuel College we believe that all our students are ‘gifted for a purpose’ and ‘morally responsible’.  We have a culture of openness and honesty and encourage all our students to seek support when they need to and help others to do the same.  We seek to ensure that the whole College community can learn and work in a supportive, caring and safe environment.

Form tutors are the backbone of our pastoral care system and are the first point of contact for every student.  Heads of Year have wider oversight and our Welfare and Safeguarding Teams add additional capacity in supporting with all student concerns.  Where students or their parents/carers have a concern they should speak to their form tutor or Head of Year.  Additionally, concerns can be raised using the below form which will generate an email to the Head of Year who will oversee a prompt and appropriate response.
