Transition Week 3

Week 3 Introduction

Welcome back to our transition page. This is our third week of conversation regarding starting Year 7 here at Emmanuel.  I hope you found last week helpful and you should now know everything you need to know, ready to arrive on the first day equipped and ready to learn.  If you have any questions that have not been answered please have a look on our frequently asked questions page or send an email to enquiries@emmanuelctc.org.uk

This week we would like to introduce some staff and students to you.  Please click the links below to find out some more information about the College and some of the people you may meet in the first week.   The most important person for you to meet is your tutor, and this week’s email will have informed you who this will be.  Students meet their tutor every morning and afternoon, and they normally stay in that tutor group throughout your time in lower school (Year 7,8 and 9).

Let’s Explore – Meet the Tutors

Your tutor will be a very important person during your time at Emmanuel, therefore, it would be a great idea for you to introduce yourself to your tutor by writing them a letter about yourself so that they can get to know you better.

Please use the guide below to help you write a letter to your tutor. You can then bring this along in September and hand it to them in your first tutor time.
